Scheduling:
- Shift Average: 6-8 hours
- Hours per week: 40 hours maximum
- Swim Instructor scheduling based on Swim Lesson Program Schedule
Overtime: All non-exempt employees who are authorized to work more than forty (40) hours in a given work week are eligible for overtime compensation. Overtime compensation shall be calculated on a weekly basis and not daily. Overtime compensation is paid at a rate of 1 1/2 times the employees hourly rate of pay.
