How to Register

We are excited to announce that our new system, Civic Rec, is now live! All customers who wish to purchase a 2024 pass must create a new account. To do so, please follow the step by step instructions below:

1. Click the "Register now" link above, or navigate to: https://secure.rec1.com/IL/grayslake-il/catalog

2. Click the blue "create account" button on the right-hand side.

3.  Follow the prompts to fill out all account holder information, then click the grey box below that says "Next Step: Other              Account Members" to add family members onto your account.

4. Click Save & Close.

5. Congrats, your new account is created and ready for use! 

**To purchase a pass, log in to your new account. 

1. Under the Activities tab at the top of the screen is where you can add a 2024 membership to your cart. 

2. Once the pass is added to your cart, you will be prompted to check out. The "checkout" box is blue and will appear on the        bottom left-hand corner of your screen. 

3. Click the green "Continue to Payment" button and follow the prompts to enter your payment information.
