50 / 50 Sidewalk Replacement Program

The 50/50 Sidewalk Replacement Program is a cost-sharing program between the Village and property owners. Those property owners who wish to make aesthetic improvements to the sidewalk adjacent to their property can do so while sharing the cost with the Village. Neighborhood Partnership Program

The Neighborhood Partnership Program is designed to support neighborhood beautification by supporting citizen volunteer efforts to upgrade landscaping in public (non-park / school) areas. Lawn Mower and Leaf Blower Replacement Rebate Program

This program encourages residents to properly dispose of their gasoline-powered lawn mowers and leaf blowers to replace them with either electric, battery, or manual (reel) powered mowers. Download more information about the Lawn Mower and Leaf Blower Rebate Program (PDF).

Sustainable Home Program

The Sustainable Home Program encourages households to participate in sustainable practices to receive either a silver, gold, or platinum level sustainable home recognition. Download more information about the Sustainable Home Program (PDF).

Cul-de-sac Partnership Program

The Cul-de-sac Partnership Program is a program that allows residents on a cul-de-sac to plant native species in the circular unpaved section in the middle of the cul-de-sac. Download more information about the Cul-de-sac Partnership Program (PDF).
